Carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Same Day Shipping
- Orders placed on WeSupplyTrades.com by 3:30 pm EST Monday thru Friday ship same day.
- Monday thru Friday orders placed after 3:30 pm EST ship the following day.
- Saturday and Sunday orders ship the following Monday.
- If you have a larger order and it is determined to be shipped freight, we cannot guarantee it will be shipped same day. We will contact you and let you know of any changes.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
We follow the UPS Holiday Schedule and published restrictions. UPS is closed on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Shipping & Delivery Options?
WeSupplyTrades offers Ground, Next Day, and Two-Day shipping options on eligible products. Some large, oversized, or heavy items can only be shipped via freight and are not eligible for standard shipping or free PRO shipping. Freight-only items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer. If your order contains a freight item, we will contact you with shipping details and any updates to the expected delivery date.
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping to PRO account members on orders over $99, exceptions such as oversized or freight only products are excluded from free PRO shipping.
Expediated Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping, the availability and cost of which will vary based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We offer Ground, Next Day and Two-Day shipping options. If you select an expedited shipping option, you will be responsible for the additional cost.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?
- We currently do not ship to addresses in California. This restriction applies to all products in our store.
- We use third-party carriers to deliver orders and follow the shipping guidelines and requirements established by those carriers, including UPS and freight providers. Delivery methods, transit times, and service availability are subject to the carrier's policies and operating procedures.
What Happens If My Order is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, either we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery or the delivery carrier will let you know of a revised estimated date.
