The Trane® DHY1453 is a liquid line filter drier with a 1/2 x 3/8-inch ODF (sweat) connection for OEM HVAC replacement. It traps moisture, acid, and debris in the refrigerant circuit to protect the compressor and metering device. Technicians install it as a direct-fit replacement to keep the Trane system clean and dry.
