Stream33® S33TMV12PEXB is a lead-free brass thermostatic mixing valve with a 1/2-inch PEX F1807 connection, designed to blend hot and cold water to a set output between 80°F and 120°F. It handles 0.5 to 10 gpm at up to 150 psi and includes integrated filter washers, check valves, and a locking adjustment cap. The valve is ASSE 1017/1070 and NSF/ANSI 372/61 certified for installation close to the point of use on a hot water supply line.$52.55
