Sioux Chief 866 Series bell-trap drain shall be installed where necessary in plumbing systems. Drain shall be designed with square top and integral bell-type trap in sump area, which when used will maintain a water seal to prevent gas and hinder insects from passing from the pipe into the drain sump and/or living space. Solvent weld connection shall be made to Sch. 40 PVC drain pipe.
