- When installed, the outer casing will rotates around the thread insert, not allowing cap to be removed, an integral torque limiter prevents over tightening
- Novent locking cap have an inner thread insert made of precision machined solid brass
- Outer shells is made of a protective corrosion resistant anodized aluminum shroud
- Integral neoprene O-ring resists oils and sealants
- Embossed ID labeling prevents refrigerants gas mixing
- Grasp cap, insert keys and turn clockwise until snug
- Place female thread of the Novent cap onto male thread of the Schrader valves and tighten securely be hand using the Novent keys
- Grasp cap, rotates keys counterclockwise and remove keys
- Reverse for removal of cap
