Your Return Form and Return Confirmation number MUST be included in the return package.
Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging.
Please note that your return may need to go into two boxes, 50 lbs. and under, to prevent additional shipping fees that you may have to cover.
Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
All returned products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
Do not write on or place shipping labels directly on manufacturer packaging.
Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. Your return may be denied if the items included are not in the same condition stated on the Return Form.
The return process usually takes 4-5 business days.
